Comfort Guarantee

If after sleeping on any qualifying mattress set purchased from a
Sleep Center Mattress location for the required 30 night minimum, you
are not satisfied with comfort of the mattress, it may be exchanged
for a different mattress of equal or greater value within the next 30 days.

* Only one exchange will be allowed. No refunds. A re-delivery/processing fee of $99.99 will be charged on all comfort guarantee exchanges. Should you choose not to have your re-selection delivered and instead make the exchange yourself, you must schedule and exchange mattress at our central warehouse location. Beds are not accepted at our retail locations.

* In order to help us better process your comfort guarantee click here and complete processing form. Be sure to bring all the required documents. Any documents left out will cause a delay in processing.

* Tempur-Pedic brand mattresses are covered under a different manufacturer's exchange policy. You will receive full credit on the price of your Tempur-Pedic mattress less $150 and an additional processing/pick up fee. Policy is available only on the Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Any gift with purchase or discounted 'giveaway' associated with the mattress sale must be paid for in full prior to processing a return. Adjustable foundations/frames, pillows, and accessories are non-returnable and do not have a trial period.
